The Language Learning Institute (SLI) of the University of Wuppertal provides different services in the field of foreign languages including languages for specific purposes. It is responsible for planning and implementing language courses offered to all members of the university  and for conducting the corresponding language examinations. However, it also translates documents and provides proofreading services in English for the central departments of the university.
